Technology and Digital Virtual Experience Programme

We have launched our second virtual experience programme focusing on Technology and Digital, following the success of our first programme in Investment Management. This is open to university students across the world who would like to explore a career in a global asset manager. It consists of 4 job simulation tasks that represent what our graduates do at Fidelity. 

What is it?

The programme is introduced by Stuart Warner, Global Head of Technology and Enterprise Services

Also, each task is introduced by our employee from the respective team across engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics and innovation and digital. 

A 5-6 hour job simulation showcasing the work at Fidelity International in Technology & Digital 
Free virtual work experience, self-paced and available 24/7/365  
Designed to improve employability & confidence for university students and prepare them for a career in asset management industry 
A new way to inspire and hire top talent with zero barriers-to-entry

Upon completion of the virtual experience programme, participants get a certificate signed by Gemma Elsen, Global Head of Early Careers, that they can share on their social media and CV. Find out more details and sign up at this link.
