Corporate Property Services comprises Corporate Services and Security and Corporate Real Estate. Collectively we support our various business needs around the world.

Our mission is to build, operate and manage flexible, efficient, safe, productive, resilient, environmentally friendly and cost effective workplaces. Corporate Security

Fidelity India Corporate Security strives to provide a safe and secure workplace environment. 

While Corporate Security oversees physical security programs and systems, every employee must call attention to conditions or situations that may threaten the safety or security of our associates, clients, facilities and vital information. To support business requirement, Corporate Security has developed a specific process which applies to all regular full-time, part-time and temporary employees and contractors of FIL IBS located in Gurgaon. This policy is in effect at all times in these locations, whether during business hours, after-hours, or on weekends or holidays.

Human Resources

The Human Resources team supports and partners with all business areas, by providing a robust HR framework, organisation-wide policies, and enabling further growth. 

The team is engaged in several activities such as organisational development, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employment law compliances and compensation and benefits to facilitate company growth.

Internal Communications and Employee Engagement

The internal communication and employee engagement function is responsible for helping people understand the link between what they do in their day-to-day working lives and the company's strategic objectives.

The various internal communication and engagement channels at Fidelity India help improve collaboration, productivity and performance thus ensuring that together people are committed to achieving ground-breaking business results. It empowers them to deliver a business strategy by supporting the beliefs, behaviours and culture that shape our organisation. It means that when speaking externally, our employees are positive – and increasingly, so is our brand and reputation.

The internal communications team offers and works together with various departments requiring assistance with their communications and engagement efforts. 

Proactive, commercially-minded Legal services and advice contribute to the growth of Fidelity by helping the core business teams understand legislation and manage risk. With legal counsel in offices worldwide, we provide a broad sweep of legal expertise broadly split into Corporate Legal, Business Legal and Investment Legal.

Our Compliance teams manage regulatory risk and promote a strong compliance culture across Fidelity in the UK. Our consultancy expertise sees us work with Investigations and Intelligence, Investment Compliance, Risk and Audit to protect the interests and reputation of our firm, investors and clients.

Our intelligence-based investment philosophy puts risk management at the heart of all our work. Our Risk teams offer guidance on risk identification and management.

Our thorough interview process is tailored per business area and role however you will experience at least one face-to-face interview throughout the process.

Interview checklist

You’ll need to bring the following original documents with you on the day, along with anything else we ask for ahead of the interview:

  • Updated Resume/CV

  • Proof of identity (any Government approved photo ID)

  • 1 passport size photograph

  • Proof of address (bank statement, driving licence, utility bills)

  • Latest compensation revision letter and last three months’ payslip 

  • All education certificates (self-attested)
