We have two aspects to our intermediary business.
The first aspect involves our intermediary business’ sales team that is responsible for distributing Fidelity’s retail products to intermediaries and wholesalers; chiefly to retail banks, insurance companies, private banks, brokers, investment advisors and other financial intermediaries.
The other aspect involves our sales teams – they work in tandem with Fidelity’s internal business functions to deliver a better solution to these clients. These divisions include departments such as Marketing, Product Development and Corporate Communications teams.
The aim is for these departments to provide support to the sales teams in their efforts to increase sales, build and develop key client relationships, and plan large marketing events – creating a fast-paced working environment.
