Rewards and Benefits

What we can offer you.

We believe working at Fidelity should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We value hard work, but not at the expense of well-being. So for graduates, interns and apprentices, just as much as for more experienced employees, a healthy balance is key - as is our collegiate, collaborative style of working, designed to transfer knowledge and skills across the business whilst giving you the opportunity to learn by working closely with experienced industry experts.

Investing in your development

We strongly believe in supporting all of our employees in their career development and progression. We are constantly looking for new ways we can help them enjoy a fulfilling and long-term career at Fidelity. And that’s why we are committed to offering regular training, networking and ‘lunch and learn’ events along with a tailored mentoring scheme. We also actively encourage self-reliance and self-direction so that our employees have the confidence to forge their own path.

Our graduate programmes include technical training, as well as supporting and preparing you for qualifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Investment Management Certificates (IMC), and all of our apprentices work towards industry-recognised qualifications, supplemented by additional interpersonal and professional skills training.

Our vision is to build an inclusive culture at Fidelity. Being a more diverse organisation makes us more competitive and it reflects the values of Fidelity people and our customers. We are committed to helping create the right environment where everyone can contribute to the success of the organisation regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any disability.

Benefits inside and outside work

We encourage our graduates, interns and apprentices to get involved in interests and activities outside of work. We offer lifestyle benefits such as discounts at major high street retailers and gym membership discounts. Our clubs and societies, such as the Fidelity for Everyone, hold events and discussions open to all employees.

Many of our graduates, interns and apprentices are also heavily involved with corporate citizenship, local charities and events. You’ll find a wide range of social and sporting activities which you are welcome to join. We have everything from football and photography to dragon boat racing. When it comes to giving back, we take pride in the charity work that we pursue and always encourage our employees to get involved if and when they can. To encourage and support our employees we offer matching grants and have recently launched a JustGiving page to help track our progress and making it easier for employees to promote their initiatives.

Salaries and benefits

We’re focused on rewarding your efforts. It goes without saying that our salaries are competitive – we benchmark all our salaries against other leading financial services companies. On top of this you’ll find a generous benefits package.
