Recruitment Process

We’ve designed our recruitment process to benefit both you and us. It starts with a quick and easy online application. If your application is successful, you'll be asked to take part in a variety of assessments. These will vary, depending on which area of the business you’ve applied to join.

Each assessment is tailored to the individual needs of the business areas, and could include any of the following:

  • Competency-based interviews
  • Individual and group presentations
  • Various exercises to assess specific competencies or technical ability
  • Numerical and verbal psychometric assessments
  • Personality questionnaires

As you can tell, it’s a rigorous process that’s designed to help us both to decide if we’re right for one another. Whatever the outcome, you’ll have learned something positive about us as an organisation and you as a person.
