We run specific graduate programmes in five areas:

Our Investment teams research and analyse investment opportunities and then invest on behalf of our clients to enable their funds to grow.

From marketing and developing products, to building new business and managing existing client relationships, our Sales & Marketing area ensures we understand and meet our clients’ needs.

Our Business Management programme includes the teams who develop the processes and systems that ensure we provide clients with excellent service time and time again; supporting a range of clients from our external customers to our own investment professionals.

In HR, our teams work with every area of our business. From recruiting the very best people, to inductions, rewards, training and development, HR ensures that Fidelity has exceptional people.

Moonray Investors is our subsidiary that invests in venture capital and real estate, as well as performing a consultancy role in starting up our wholly owned operating businesses.

Periodically, we have other graduate opportunities through direct entry into specific business areas.

In addition, we offer an Investment Summer Internship and European Internship. These programmes act as a pipeline onto our graduate programme the following year.
