Fidelity Worldwide Investment
Fidelity Worldwide Investment has been active in Germany since 1992. The German companies FIL Investment Services GmbH, FIL Investments International – Frankfurt Branch, FIL Investment Management GmbH, FIL Pensions Services GmbH and FIL Finance Services GmbH with its registered office in Kronberg im Taunus manage a fund volume of 10.5 billion euros. This ranks Fidelity Worldwide Investment among Germany's leading asset managers. Together with FIL Fondsbank GmbH, Fidelity Worldwide Investment has 314 employees, operates 139 mutual funds directly and has more than 600 cooperation partners (status: 30 June 2010).

Fil Fondsbank GmbH (FFB)
The securities trading bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity Worldwide Investment, a fund company established in January 2002 that pursues activities in all major financial markets. As an owner-managed company, Fidelity offers a stable shareholder background and represents an ideal foundation for the long-term development of FFB. FFB is one of the biggest independent fund platforms in the country.
FFB started out managing share accounts operated by FRANKFURT-TRUST, established as one of the most efficient settlers in Germany's fund sector. The experiences gathered there were developed consistently and formed the basis for professional and efficient fund settlement.
FFB operates the safe-custody and administrative business for investment fund shares. It is therefore active in two areas of business: Customer business involves operating as a B2B partner offering an open fund account management solution to independent intermediaries and brokers for financial services. In mandate business, the company acts as an outsourcing partner for investment companies and banks which want to outsource their fund account management for investment fund shares. FFB manages total assets amounting to 15.4 billion euros in some 810,000 customer accounts for customer and mandate business (status: 30 June 2010).

Fidelity Worldwide Investment ist seit 1992 in Deutschland aktiv. Die deutschen Unternehmen FIL Investment Services GmbH, FIL Investments International – Niederlassung Frankfurt, FIL Investment Management GmbH, FIL Pensions Services GmbH und FIL Finance Services GmbH mit Sitz in Kronberg im Taunus verwalten ein Fondsvolumen von 10,5 Milliarden Euro. Damit gehört Fidelity Worldwide Investment zu Deutschlands führenden Asset Managern. Zusammen mit der FIL Fondsbank GmbH beschäftigt Fidelity Worldwide Investment 314 Mitarbeiter und vertreibt 139 Publikumsfonds direkt sowie über mehr als 600 Kooperationspartner (Stand: 30.06.2010).

Fil Fondsbank GmbH (FFB)
Die Anfang 2002 gegründete Wertpapierhandelsbank ist eine 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft von Fidelity Worldwide Investment, eine auf allen bedeutenden Finanzmärkten aktive Fondsgesellschaft. Fidelity bietet als eigentümergeführtes Unternehmen einen stabilen Gesellschafterhintergrund und stellt eine ideale Basis für eine langfristig ausgerichtete Weiterentwicklung der FFB dar. Die FFB ist eine der größten unabhängigen Fondsplattformen des Landes.
Ihren Ursprung hat die FFB in der Anteilkontoführung von FRANKFURT-TRUST, bis dahin einem der leistungsfähigsten Abwickler in der Fondsbranche in Deutschland. Die dort gesammelten Erfahrungen wurden konsequent weiterentwickelt und bildeten die Grundlage für eine professionelle und effiziente Fondsabwicklung.
Die FFB betreibt das Verwahr- und Verwaltungsgeschäft für Investmentfondsanteile. Hierzu ist sie in zwei Geschäftsfeldern tätig: Im Kundengeschäft wendet sie sich als B2B-Partner mit einer offenen Depotverwaltungslösung an unabhängige Finanzvermittler und -makler. Im Mandantengeschäft fungiert sie als Outsourcingpartner für Kapitalanlagegesellschaften und Kreditinstitute, die ihre Depotführung für Investmentfondsanteile auslagern wollen. Insgesamt verwaltet die FFB im Kunden- und Mandantengeschäft ein Vermögen von 15,4 Mrd. Euro in rund 810.000 Kundenkonten (Stand: 30.06.2010).
