Recruitment Process

Our thorough recruitment process is designed to help you decide whether we're the right company for you and helps us to ascertain if you’re the right person for us. Whatever the outcome, there's something positive to be gained.

It can be confusing to understand what happens when and why it can take some time for us to get back to you so we have put our recruitment timeline below so you can see how it all fits together:

Employer Presentations September - October 2011
Applications open 19 September 2011
Deadline for Investment programme applications 18 October 2011
Online Test Mid - End of October 2011
1st  round interviews End of October 2011
2nd round interviews End of November 2011

The process starts with an application. If your application is successful, you'll be asked to take part in an interview. For many of our business areas you’ll then be required to take one or a series of online tests. These vary from numerical or logical reasoning to language. The results of these could determine if you are invited to the next stage, but we’ll explain that in more detail at that stage of the process.
